7 Healthy Ways to Loose Weight

Substitute your food and drink choices to healthier ones. When we go to a grocery there are alternatives side by side. Pick up the wholemeal bread instead of whites. Pick the low fat milk instead of full-cream. There are so many other choices you can make.
Trick your mind. There are several ways to do this. Use a smaller plate, it will trick you to think that you plate is "full". Use blue or black plates or placemat studies indicate that these color lessens appetite. Put down utensils in between while eating. Chew your food very well, not only it will help digestion but it will make you think you are eating long enough already, you get tired.
Avoid the saltly, the oily, and the sweet, or perhaps minimize it significantly. These are major factors why a person retains much unwanted weight.
Yes to exercise or any kind of physical activity. Burn that energy inside you! Join a gym or move around the house. Just keep moving. Better get a sport. Whatever it is just keep moving. The human body is built to move or else we loose our muscles and flexibility. When one does not move, certain painful areas will arise like magic! Poof!
Fight the urge to eat more. Eat to sustain your daily nutrients. Crave once in a while wont hurt. Fight the craving for "unwanted" food groups. When you crave thats when you tend to "impulse eat" and usually no good comes from it. Of course the restaurants would tease us with their entre. Just look away.
Identify your problem areas. Keep a journal of the food you eat, everything from breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. And use this help you make better meal planning. Do this regularly, monitor your food intake. You will see that last week you didn't eat a single fruit, or every meal you were taking juice, you lack water. On the other hand you will see, you've been taking a lot of veggies and tomorrow its okay to have pork bbq! The monitoring system is to make sure you are eating a balanced meal.
Throw away bad habits. Loosing or maintaining weight is a matter of discipline and will power. Sometimes its not easy, but it is doable. If you treat your body right you will not crave so much, if you treat your body "wrongly" it will seek more attention.
