If you have it flaunt it, if you don’t have it...

By Carmel Castillo

A lot of people are craving for the newest potions, latest fashion and whatever they think that will make them prettier or trendier.  First of all its really not that bad, but whatever you do, you'll never achieve physical perfection – you'll just get physical frustration.  Stop obsessing too much about beauty, its time to flaunt it. Here's how:

Being sexy is in the mind
I've seen women who are by society's standard sexy, but they simply hate their body for imaginary reasons!  On the other hand, I've seen women who are chubby or big but feel comfortable and confident about their physique.  My point is, be happy with what you have, if you feel like improving your body further, go ahead and enjoy the journey.  Feel sexy, and you will be sexy.

Enhance what you have
I must admit there are people who are gifted with a beautiful face.  If you don't have it, there are many ways to enhance your personality and confidence.  That's what fashion is for, there are lot of available material on what to wear, what accessories to use, hair style and skin care.  If you think you are not pretty enough, don't shy away. The solution is to enhance what you have.  If you look closely, many celebrities and models are not really that pretty, but certain enhancements to the trick.

Mix and match
Your clothing speaks a lot about your self.  You may mix and match your clothing, mix expensive brands with ordinary labels.  Scan through magazines on latest trends – you'll really get a lot of ideas.  Avoid looking too old or too young for your age.  You should dress your age with a zest!  Throw away pieces that you never use – top, pants, shoes, bags etc. and replace them with new pieces.  Most importantly, accessorize.

Feel good about yourself
Stop agonizing for whatever flaw you might think you have.  It's a useless exercise, you may acknowledge it then do something about it – if it is curable.  If not, just focus on what you want to highlight, surely there are many great things about you.  Have fun, enjoy being who you are, accept your whole being.  Always remember if you have it flaunt it, if you don't have it, flaunt it still!
